What you can do for us:
- After a structured onboarding phase, you will resolve technical issues with our leading laboratory information systems software with our clients on the phone
- Classifying, prioritizing and deep dive into technical questions from our customers until you find a satisfying solution for our clients or find assistance from the other support levels
- Document client issues, questions, and resolutions in our knowledgebase area and propose improvements in our software to the development team
- Occasionally you might conduct training sessions for our clients or consult on how to use our software within their workflow

The CGM software is essential to laboratory's equipment to manage test data for Hospitals, Physicians Office as well as Research facilities. Your Qualification:
- High School diploma, equivalent or relevant work experience
- Experience in working at a laboratory, doctors office, hospital, or other medical institution
- Interest in computers and software in general
- Ability to learn and work independently, as well as on a team, with a customer centric mindset
