Physical ability to perform the job, including lifting, standing for long periods, and working at heights.
Knowledge of safety practices related to the use of paints, solvents, and other chemicals.
Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
Working Conditions
May require working evenings, weekends, and holidays depending on project deadlines.
Work may be performed indoors and outdoors, subject to various weather conditions.
Potential exposure to hazardous chemicals and materials; proper protective equipment must be worn.
Physical Requirements

Erects scaffolding or sets up ladders safely to perform tasks above ground level.
Keeps an inventory of paint supplies and tools, ordering replacements when necessary.
Applies stain or varnish to wood surfaces as required.
Responsible for selecting the appropriate paint or stain for the project, considering factors such as durability, color match, and drying time.
Follows all safety protocols and works in compliance with all relevant regulations.
Performs touch-ups or coordinates large-scale painting projects when necessary.
Consults with clients and other stakeholders to determine painting needs and develop specifications for the job.
