; Job Functions / Responsibilities Lead and participate in multiple simultaneous engineering efforts for new product development projectsReview new product design concepts, 3D models, and drawings for manufacturability Create and maintain project schedules for new product introduction to PECAssist process engineers with documenting manufacturing processes for new product: SOPs, PFMEAs, control plans, layout studies, cycle time analyses, financial analysesSpecify new tools, equipment, packaging, and other resources prior to new product launchImplement process changes on time and within the budget for new product launchImplement equipment and automation changes by managing order specification, engineering design, and acceptance testing from 3rd party vendors.
; Qualifications & Skills Required B.S. Degree in Engineering (Prefer Mechanical, Electrical, Industrial, or Manufacturing)Experience with Visual Management/Project Management ToolsExperience in complex machining, assembly, and project engineering assignmentsProven problem-solving skillsExcellent technical, verbal, and written communication skillsProven ability to work in a self-directed environmentDemonstrated ability to successfully lead and influence othersAbility to work within deadlines to achieve goals
