We are a well-established, reputable IT provider specific to the dental industry with locations and customers across the country. We are looking for a customer service-oriented person to schedule our IT technicans in several areas around the country. This person will also be accountable for other tasks as assigned including answering telephones and creating support tickets for our our telephone support team.

This can be a very busy position. Experience and knowledge of the inter-workings of dental offices is a plus but not required, but an outgoing personality and the ability to create and maintain positive relationships with our customers is! Previous experience working in an IT company would also be helpful.

This position is Monday-Friday from 8AM-5PM. With weekends and major holidays off.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $17.50 - $18.50 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
