Security Operations Supervisor (23724)

Summary:

CEI’s client in the utilities sector is seeking a skilled Security Operations Supervisor.

Job at a glance:

· Onsite in Fairmount, West Virginia

· 3 shifts available: Monday to Friday: 6am to 2pm, 10pm to 6am or 2pm to 10pm

· Contract Role for 2 years

· Pay Range: $55.00 to $60.00 per hour

· Cannot accept C2C for this role. Must be a US Citizen or Green Card Holder.

Responsibilities:

• Day-to-day oversight of the third-party security guard services, primarily at the Security Operations Center
• Collects and summarizes performance data, identifies opportunities for improvement
• Assist with updating, maintaining, and enforcing Corporate Security policies and procedures related to monitoring (alarm directives, alarm response, etc.)
• Responsible for guard post orders and company policy compliance
• Ensures contractor performance standards are met
• Report audit outcomes, quality & service performance results
• Ensure proper time & rates are charged appropriately by third-party guard service company
• Lead training of security guard personnel, including internal onboarding tasks
• Responsible for creating and maintaining accurate records
• Identify training needs for security guard personnel
• Reports issues with personnel Corporate Security team
• Audit security incident intake including accurate and adequate entries in the incident management system, and correct logic used when launching security alerts
• Other related duties as assigned

Qualifications:

· Supervisory experience such as supervising/managing direct reports.

· Policy/Procedure writing

· Security Operations Center experience

· Supervisory experience required

· Advanced program management & status reporting skills preferred

· Excellent written and verbal communication skills

· Solid organizational skills including attention to detail and multitasking

· Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office
