Application Support Representative - Medical
JOB DESCRIPTION
Computers Unlimited creates innovative software for 3 distinct markets: Industrial
Gas & Welding Supply Distributors, Home Medical Equipment Providers, and
Audiology & Speech/Language Practices. We are headquartered in Billings,
Montana with a customer base across the US, we have employees in multiple states.
The person that fills this job role will focus on our medical equipment software line of business. You will provide quality support to our users by utilizing strong problem solving techniques. This is an exempt position and is located onsite in our Billings, MT office.
PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Provide quality support to Computers Unlimited customers utilizing strong problem solving techniques and emphasizing customer service
- Troubleshoot software issues regarding medical and rental billing, payer fee schedules, claims processing, payer document management, rental equipment tracking, etc. providing suitable solutions on a timely basis
- Enter issues into Jira system for call tracking and reporting
- Collaborate and work within cross-functional CU team to ensure customer requests are handled appropriately and in a timely manner, providing as much information as possible to help correct issues and find long-term solutions and/or prevention
- Manage customer relationships and complaints emphasizing a philosophy of service, quality, and professionalism
- Proactively search for ways to streamline process to best serve CU and our customers
- Continually improve knowledge of TIMS software through internal training classes and individual reading and research
- Assist in the annual Users Group Conference
- Other duties as assigned.
QUALIFICATIONS & SKILLS
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Accounting, Information Systems or related field strongly preferred
- Expert organizational, problem solving, and multi-tasking skills. .
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Excellent customer service.
- Experience in customer relations, support, software testing, documenting, accounting or industry specific experience preferred.
- Problem solving, logical and intuitive thinking.
- Organization, attention to detail, accuracy, and thoroughness.
- Self motivated, personal accountability, and high quality standards.

Pay: $40,000.00 - $45,000.00 per year
