Responsibilities
As a growth PM, you’ll work with a rock-star team of engineers and will be empowered to scale a profitable growth engine. You will touch all parts of the funnel, from retention programs to viral acquisition and programmatic SEO.
In this role, you’ll get to:
- Define, understand, and improve key acquisition and retention metrics, growth funnels, and viral flywheels. Run end-to-end experiments, including defining requirements, driving cross-functional execution, and sharing insights and results.
- Serve as an internal champion for growth philosophy and methodology.
- Drive both “0-1” new feature development as well as incremental improvements to existing features
- Develop and measure success metrics after release. Consistently integrate behavior data and customer feedback into essential product decisions.
- Identify key customer/user requirements and translate them into stories
- Conduct user research, usability studies, and data-driven experiments to inform product direction
- Communicate (verbally and written) with a diverse set of stakeholders to set and adjust expectations
Qualifications
You’ll bring:
- 5 years as a Growth product manager, with prior experience shipping high-quality, multi-platform consumer products
- Expertise in A/B Testing, Multivariate Testing, Testing Methodology and Statistics, and testing tools (Optimizely, Google Optimize)
- An obsession with continuous improvement as well as finding step changes to the local maximum
- Experience in shipping software products using agile methods, running sprints with engineers, product designers, and data scientists
- Experience developing, orchestrating, and analyzing user research studies
- Experience in shaping long-term roadmaps for product cycle & team vision
- Expertise with defining, tracking, and analyzing KPIs (familiarity with reporting platforms, SQL a plus)
- Strong analytical skills with solid data wrangling, ability to create data stories and reports
