Job Title : Marketing Coordinator
Schedule : Full-time hours (Open to remote / hybrid for the right candidate)
Main point of role : to develop communications and manage our SharePoint sites
Summary :
We are seeking a detail-oriented and creative Marketing Coordinator to join our Facility Management Services (FMS) team. You will play a vital role in supporting our marketing and communication initiatives, working closely with the Senior Manager of Operations and the Manager of Communications.
This is a great opportunity for someone with a strong foundation in graphic design, content creation, and email marketing to contribute to a dynamic and growing team.
Responsibilities :
- Marketing & Branding : Develop engaging content for various channels, including SharePoint sites, corporate support sites, and project communications.
- Standardize and brand program initiative s across FMS.
- Create content for educational purposes, announcements, SharePoint updates, and project / program initiatives.
- Manage and update the company's PowerPoint presentation library, including style guides, graphics, and content.
- Communication Strategy Support : Maintain and update communication templates for program changes and FMS SharePoint sites.
- Ensure timely development and delivery of marketing content for project requirements, program launches, and SharePoint management.
- Monitor program rollout timelines for effective content distribution.
- Collaboration : Partner with cross-departmental teams to ensure brand compliance and adherence to change management standards.
- Assist FMS managers with presentations, collateral development, and training webinars.
- Coordinate educational materials and graphics for leadership meetings.
- Create internal reference guides on programs and service offerings.
- Collaborate with HR on socializing open positions and updating job postings.
- Additional Duties : Perform other duties as assigned.
- Uphold the company's "Code of Conduct" and "Mission and Value Statement.
Qualifications :
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED) - Required
- Associate's degree or Bachelor's degree - Preferred
- 1-3 years of relevant technical experience (marketing, communications, content creation) - Preferred
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (including SharePoint) and Canva - Preferred
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong attention to detail and ability to proofread effectively
- Creative and graphic design skills
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Experience with email marketing a plus
