Job Title: MDM Program Leader (Master Data Management)
Location: Remote
Term: Contract – around 3 months with possible extension
Industry: Pharmaceutical Manufacturing
Salary: Negotiable – depends on experience

Job Description:
- Responsible for creating master data standards and control.
- We are looking for an IT Leader who can provide guidance to a team working with IT Governance, Master Data, and Analytics.
- Will work with product life cycle and product design.
- Responsible for managing 2 main products – PLM and MDM (Windchill or MasterControl).
- MDM data is a very integral part of data governance; thus, we are looking for a good leader who can handle data practices. Currently, we don’t have a set data standard and data quality control process, so we want this Program Leader to come in with good leadership skills and lead the team in implementing these data standards and practices.
Requirements:
- Experience with MasterControl/Windchill, so he/she can understand the tools and lead the team from there.
- Experience with Infor CSI (CloudSuite Industrial) / SyteLine ERP.
- Strong leadership and communication skills.
- Experience creating master data standards and control.
- Experience in industries such as Medical Life Sciences, Pharmaceuticals, Healthcare, and other relevant industries is required. This is important so he/she can understand data governance in this space.
