### Overview:
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Benefits Manager to join our team. As a Benefits Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the administration of employee benefits programs and ensuring compliance with all relevant regulations. This is a critical role that requires strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and the ability to effectively communicate with employees at all levels of the organization.
### Duties:
- Develop and implement employee benefits programs, including health insurance, retirement plans, and wellness initiatives
- Manage the day-to-day administration of employee benefits programs, including enrollment, changes, and terminations
- Ensure compliance with all applicable laws and regulations, such as HIPAA and ERISA
- Collaborate with insurance brokers and vendors to negotiate contracts and ensure competitive pricing
- Conduct data analysis to evaluate the effectiveness of benefits programs and make recommendations for improvements
- Provide guidance and support to employees regarding their benefits options and assist with problem resolution
- Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices in benefits administration
- Collaborate with the HR team on recruiting efforts to attract top talent by promoting our comprehensive benefits package
### Experience:
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field (Master's degree preferred)
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in benefits administration or a related role
- Strong knowledge of employee benefits laws and regulations
- Proficiency in HRIS systems such as Dayforce or Workday
- Excellent data collection and analysis skills
- Strong negotiation skills
- Exceptional attention to detail
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
