Position: Accounting Professional - Accounts Payable I

Location: Orlando, FL - 32826

Duration: 9 Months

Description:

· Performs basic tasks related to facility services/Mailroom services..

· Performs defined and described tasks related to facility services (e.g. mail services & logistics, reception, move, cleaning, archive, print & copy services, conferencing etc.) reporting of feedback, incident reports and required documentation.

· Coordinates related required activities and resources (internal and external service provider).

· Purchases materials for installations, hook-ups, maintenance and repairs.

· Responds to general office inquires.

· May organize relocation and office furnishing.

· Completes service calls/requests regarding maintenance activities or other facility -related procedures.

· Must work onsite a minimum of 3 days

Job Types: Full-time, Contract

Salary: $19.00 - $22.00 per hour

Schedule:

  • 8 hour shift
  • Monday to Friday

Experience:

  • SAP: 1 year (Preferred)
  • Accounts payable: 2 years (Preferred)
  • facility services/Mailroom services: 2 years (Preferred)
