Job Description
Business Administrator will be required to work independently or as part of a team based on customer/contract requirements. Good communications skills are a must in executing effective and transparent communication internally, externally and between different units and centers. Task will include but not limited to administrative pm order processing for the Customer Service group. Assist in maintaining master data; verify in the robotics install portal. Required communication between Dispatch, Planning team, Field Service managers, engineers, and PM’s. A good working knowledge of SAP and Microsoft is a requirement. This person will need to be self-motivated, and self-directed to accommodate the numerous task responsibilities within the Customer Service Group. Key Measurements:
- Supporting Service Preventative Maintenance Team
- Assist with invoice packages for customer orders
- Verify documentation matches between CS internal documentation vs quote and PO’s
- Ensuring robot warranty information is updated in web-config-database
- Supporting file configuration and control (current and historical data)
- Verify documentation for after service actions are collected for field report and preventative maintenance checklists are received
- Assist in maintaining detailed accurate and on-line reporting/documentation control
- Proficient in individual time management
- Problem solving efficiency
Basic Qualifications
- Minimum of A.A.S. or equivalent
- Minimum of 1-year experience working with data entry
Job Types: Full-time, Contract
Salary: $25.00 - $35.00 per hour
Schedule:
- 8 hour shift
- Monday to Friday

- Auburn Hills, MI 48326: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Preferred)

- Associate (Preferred)
Experience:
- Assist in maintaining master data: 1 year (Preferred)
