Job Title: HR Project Specialist

Duration: 3 Months

Job Description:

· Collaborate with HRBP, Business Excellence Professional and department managers to review and evaluate existing job descriptions.

· Conduct job analysis and research to identify key responsibilities, requirements, and qualifications for each role.

· Develop, write and/or redesign job descriptions that are clear, concise, and legally compliant.

· Ensure that job descriptions are consistent across all departments and comply with all applicable laws and regulations.

· Communicate with managers to verify accuracy of job descriptions and make necessary revisions.

· Develop a system to maintain and update job descriptions as necessary.

· Collaborate with HRBP, Business Excellence Professional and department managers to develop a performance review program for the hourly workforce.

· Develop performance review forms and templates that are easy to use and understand.

Required:

· Minimum of a Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or a related field or equivalent experience.

· 3 years of experience in HR, with experience in manufacturing environments (particularly with Blue collar workforce).

· Strong knowledge of HR processes and procedures, including job analysis and job description writing.

· Experience in developing and implementing performance review programs.

· Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.

· Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.

· Knowledge of employment laws and regulations.

Job Types: Full-time, Contract

Salary: $25.00 - $30.00 per hour
