What are the responsibilities and job description for the IT Recruiter position at Comtech Global Inc?
Summary of Duties
- Recruit for high-end IT projects locally and across the country.
- Utilize various job boards and business-based social media to post jobs and search for qualified candidates.
- Utilize knowledge gained through training and practice to accurately identify qualified candidates that match job descriptions of opportunities given by clients to company.
- Meet weekly resume submission goal.
- Meet daily call volume goal (not applicable on days when submitting qualified candidate).
Background and Experience
- Starting pay based on experience.
- Previous IT recruitment experience not required, but a plus.
- Good and professional verbal and written communication skills when connecting with candidates.
- Resourceful with sourcing for IT consultant candidates a plus.
Client Account Management (for Advanced Recruiters)
- Weekly client site visits.
- Knowing more details about job requirements, settings.
- Gathering insights to why some resumes not accepted for interviews, more details to what looking for.
- This would not pertain to all recruiters, and would be based on aptitude and best fit, and would not generally be at the very beginning of employment.
Status: Full-time

Pay: From $35,000.00 per year
Schedule:
- 8 hour shift
- Monday to Friday
