WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR:

We are currently looking for a Business Manager (Assistant Manager) to support our amazing team in a community located in the Manteca, CA area. Stonegate Apartments is a total of 338 apartment homes that include spacious one, two, and three-bedroom. Our convenient location is nestled in a quiet residential neighborhood, conveniently located to all that Manteca has to offer. With Highway 99 nearby, commuting will be a breeze. 

This position is Full-Time | Monday through Friday from 8 am to 5 pm | Hourly | Full Benefits and Bonus Program eligible.

Pay Range for this position is: $21.00 to $23.00. 

WHY YOU ARE THE PERFECT FIT:

• You bring a minimum of 1-2 years of experience in affordable/conventional housing
• You bring a minimum of 1-2 years of property management
• Lease-up experience preferred 
• You have a good working knowledge and have the ability to perform professional-level customer service and multitask effectively. 
• You possess good communication skills both, verbal and written
• You have a passion for helping others
• You have a strong knowledge of MS word, excel, and outlook
• You ideally have experience in Yardi and/or MRI
• You possess a valid driver’s license and proof of automobile liability insurance coverage
