Job Posting for Superintendent at Conan Construction Inc

Requirements:

  • At Least 6 Years experience in Commercial General Construction (Public a PLUS)
  • Reading and understanding of Blue Prints
  • Excellent written, typing and verbal communication skills
  • Leader and team player
  • Must be able to prioritize and delegate tasks
  • Familiar with OSHA and safety guidelines
  • Good decision making skills
  • Must be efficient and a multi-tasker
  • Must have a valid driver's license
  • OSHA 10 (PLUS)

Responsibilities:

  • Perform Superintendent Duties at multiple jobs sites
  • Daily Logs
  • Weekly subcontractor meetings designed to coordinate the work
  • Assist in obtaining permits
  • Opening the jobsite at the beginning of the day and securing the jobsite at the end of the day
  • Schedule all phases of the project (Microsoft project)
  • Directly supervise and coordinate all day to day activities
  • Develop great working relationships with Subcontractors, Clients, Construction Management Companies
  • Daily/Weekly Site Visits as necessary
  • Maintain paperwork required for each job

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From $80,000.00 per year
