Job Description
The Manager Office is responsible for the route settlement, accounts payable, accounts receivable, budgeting, facilities management, and general office management functions.
What your day will look like:
- Carries out supervisory responsibilities in accordance with the UNITED policies and applicable laws
- Interview, hire, and train associates
- Plan, assign, and direct work
- Appraise performance
- Address complaints and resolve problems
- Builds positive associate morale
- Provides daily support to the Sales Center Manager and teams
- Provides CONA/SAP support and reporting
- Reporting to Accounting Managers monthly Petty Cash reconciliation, journal entries and accruals
- Accounts Receivable pricing corrections/customer/tax refunds
- Responsible for customer Non-Sufficient Funds processing
- Manage Invoice Management System
- Coordinate cross functional support to ensure all shipments are settled and revenue captured
- Manage internal audit guidelines for facility
- Support local IT functionalities
- Manage facility alarm system, cameras, and badge scanners
- Maintain required safety training log and organizational chart
- Primary contact for all outside vendors
- Drive financial and accounting process improvements
- Assist with travel arrangements for out of town guests and associate work functions
- Support for natural disasters
- Manage and assist Sales Center Manager annual Image Review
- Audits the logs maintained for coupons and event tickets
- Manage associate product sale
What you need to succeed:
- Minimum age 18 years old
- Valid driver’s license required and obligation to maintain compliance with UNITED fleet policy
- Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) as required by position and compliance with UNITED safety policies
- Regular and prompt attendance is an essential function of the job
- Ability to read, write and speak English
- Ability to maintain a neat professional appearance within Company guidelines
- Ability to maintain safety and security of Company assets
- Ability to utilize all Company provided resources and technology
- Strong leadership and organizational skills
- Proven ability to coach and manage needs and concerns of multiple associates
- Associate degree (A.A.) or equivalent from two-year college or technical school; or 1 years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience
- Frequent sitting and repeated typing and keying
- Ability to demonstrate interpersonal and planning skills
