JOB TITLE: Custodian

REPORTS TO: Operations Manger
SUMMARY: Maintain a clean work environment
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Maintains property including but not limited to offices, production areas, public areas, restrooms, breakrooms, refrigerators, windows, conference rooms, kitchenette, and lobby areas.
- Monitors and maintains proper inventory levels; communicates need to purchase supplies and equipment to appropriate person.
- Sweeps, mops, vacuums or scrubs, and polishes floors.
- Dusts equipment, furniture, and/or fixtures.
- Polishes metal fixtures and/or trimmings.
- Removes refuse.
- Cleans lavatories, showers, and/or restrooms.
- Responds in a timely fashion to custodial requests.
- Makes recommendations to upgrade custodial operations and/or implement savings opportunities.
- Ability to follow all safety regulations and wear required PPE in designated areas.
- Performs other related duties as assigned by management.

QUALIFICATIONS:
· Two to four years related experience or equivalent
· Commitment to excellence and high standards
