The Financial Analyst is responsible for functions provided by the Incentives & Support Departments/Other Business Units accounting and finance staff. This position is responsible for accounting for and analyzing/reporting on departmental expenses for company support departments and other assigned business units on a monthly basis. This position will also administer financial results of company sales and bonus incentive plans. The Financial Analyst is responsible for annual budgeting and forecasting, and miscellaneous modeling throughout the year for the company support departments and other assigned business units. This role will assist in other accounting, financial analyses, and modeling as needed in related areas. This individual ensures the delivery of exceptional customer service by putting all customers (internal) first and displaying:

Responsibilities
- Prepare and post journal entries related to the financial operations of the company’s support departments and assigned business units, actively participating in the monthly close process (35%)
- Work with incentive and bonus compensation models, financially administering approved compensation plans (15%)
- Participate in the annual budgeting, forecasting, and monthly strategic analysis processes for the company’s support departments and assigned business units (25%)
- Review, record, and provide analyses on payroll functions such as monthly accruals, statistical FTE data, and PTO (5%)
- Update various YTD data files used for research and provision to internal customers (5%)
- Perform other related projects and analyses as needed (15%)

Qualifications
Education Level: Bachelor’s DegreeEducation Details:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Finance or Accounting from an accredited college or university
- CPA a plus but not required
Job-Related Experience and Skills
- Customarily has at least two years finance or accounting experience

- Initiative to learn, with an effort to consistently identify areas of potential improvement
- Excellent oral and written communication skills; prior experience speaking in front of management teams a plus
- Demonstrated ability to work with sensitive data and maintain confidentiality

- Proven ability to meet tight deadlines while maintaining data integrity and accuracy
- Ability to multi-task and deal with multiple priorities
- Develop excellent working relationships with colleagues at all levels, consistently conveying a positive, professional customer service attitude
- Working knowledge of Oracle and Hyperion (Smartview), with knowledge of OneStream a plus
- Proficient in Microsoft Office – minimum of intermediate to advanced Excel skills
