Schedule: Monday-Friday, 8am-5pm

As a full time Center Physical Therapy Director with Concentra, you will have the opportunity to positively shape health care in your community. Working together with medical and operational professionals, you will provide needed therapy interventions to injured individuals in an outpatient orthopedics clinic environment.

Responsibilities

• Provides direct patient care and ensures exceptional experience
• Manages key clinical metrics and holds therapists accountable
• Demonstrates proficiency in PT guidelines
• Addresses outlier cases and optimizes workflows
• Executes therapy plans with early intervention focus
• Fosters teamwork and quality in a collaborative environment
• Identifies clinical improvement opportunities
• Builds relationships with employers, referrals, and payers
• Masters clinical systems for efficient documentation
• Ensures compliance with regulations and drives satisfaction metrics

Qualifications

• Bachelor of Science or advanced degree in Physical Therapy (PT)
• State licensure requirements
• 3 years of clinical experience without occupational health background OR 2 years with occupational health background
