Responsibilities
- Work with the business stakeholders up to the VP Level and understands the North Star
- Well versed in various SDLC Application Development Projects
- Understands the entire Software development Life Cycle:
- Manager DOES NOT want a PM only focused on testing for example
- Design Criteria and Specifications:
- Reviewing designs from the solutions team. Putting a game plan into action to for development
- Application Infrastructure, APIs
- Testing
- Maintaining budgets
- management of projects between $2 - 5 million
- Develop budgets and create forecasts to support projects related to cash flow and revenue
- Review Microservices Design Specifications
Qualifications
- 10 Years' Project Management Experience
- Experience working in Telco/Telco provider
- Experience reviewing technical documents.
- Meeting with stakeholders and giving feedback
- Having a technical ear and being able to identify what action needs to be taken without having to ask questions.
- Ability to keep track of hundreds of moving parts at once
- Tracking projects using JIRA
- NO DUAL ROLES - Need a true PM
- Digital Microservices experience
- Experience with Telecom Enterprise/Business Customer life cycle systems conversions enhancements developments implementations
- General Software Delivery Experience
- Standard Telco BSS/OSS knowledge
- Any Scrum or Agile certifications
- Been a part of Scrum Ceremonies in the past
