Role: SAP Solution Architect (Record to Report)

Location: Omaha, Nebraska onshore-onsite

Primary responsibilities:

*Drive, configure and enhance sap finance and costing solution: master data, transactional and reporting, ricefw

*leading the design, development, test, & production of sw tools/applications including application integrations between software tools

*implementing best practices for developing maintainable production ready software products

*performing application configuration changes to realize the software/process vision you & the team have created

*generating & managing product roadmaps/project plans that define & communicate and deliver on the future projected system/business capabilities

*coordinating & collaborating across multi-discipline/multi-organizational teams to understand key aspects of various subsystems, safety/audit requirements, & operational requirements

*participating in daily operations required to support customer needs (change control, support tickets, user training, etc)

*creating & maintaining comprehensive software documentation including, but not limited to: software requirements, software user guides, & software test plans

Preferred:

• 7 years of experience in implementing & supporting solutions in SAP S/4 HANA OR SAP ECC in the areas of FICO with a demonstrated track record of delivering high-value business outcomes.
• Familiar with S/4 HANA ARCHITECTURE NECESSARY, knowledge of ABAP DE-BUGGING
• Experience with identifying, troubleshooting, & designing the required tools, processes, and training are available/effective & programs are supported to achieve success.
• Proficiency with JIRA, leading stand-ups, delivering results.
• Ability to motivate/work with others.
• Agile development methods & scrum experience
• Experience designing & developing maintainable production applications.
• Excellent written & oral communication skills
• Strong organizational skills that enable you to create, communicate, track & execute plans in a team environment.

Prior exposure to working successfully in a highly collaborative, fast-paced environment emphasizing rapid prototyping & fielding of capabilities, with minimal supervision.
