Job Title: Key Account Sales Representative
Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced and results-driven Key Account Sales Representative to manage and grow our most valued customer relationships. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and executing customized sales strategies to drive revenue growth, customer satisfaction, and long-term partnerships.
Responsibilities:
* Develop and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers and stakeholders within assigned accounts
* Conduct regular sales calls, meetings, and presentations to drive sales growth and customer engagement
* Identify and pursue new sales opportunities with new accounts and within existing accounts to achieve sales targets
* Collaborate with internal teams, including customer service, marketing, and product development, to ensure customer needs are met and exceeded
* Gather and report on market intelligence, customer feedback, and sales activity to inform sales strategies and optimize results
* Negotiate contracts and agreements with key customers to secure favorable terms and pricing
* Develop and implement account plans and sales strategies to achieve sales goals and expand customer relationships
* Monitor and report on sales performance, identifying areas for improvement and implementing corrective actions as needed
Requirements:
* 3 years of sales experience to key retailers in the home category
*Existing account relationships preffered.
* Proven track record of achieving sales targets and growing customer relationships
* Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills
* Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team
* Familiarity with relevant software and sales tools
* Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $60,000.00 - $150,000.00 per year
