Inventory Manager

Position Summary

Manages and organizes inventory on hand.  Reports inventory movement to accounting department. 

• Organize and maintain physical inventory for efficient mobilization of field teams and purchasing procedures.
• Validate mobilized inventory and agree to appropriate document(s).
• Create purchase requisitions and provide them to the accounting department.
• Receive delivered items and provide accurate receiving data to the accounting department.
• Receive returned items from field teams and evaluate the condition of items where applicable.  Provide accurate data to accounting to update inventory balances and bill customers.
• Arrange for foreign and domestic shipments of equipment.
• Maintain accurate records of inventory inflows and outflows.
• Evaluate job performance to ensure field teams are adequately prepared and meeting customer expectations.
• Analyze and develop operational policies and procedures in relation to inventory management and field team mobilization.
• Engage with operational leadership to develop minimum inventory needs on a periodic basis.

Experience & Education

• Inventory management.
• Supervisory experience preferred.
• Must be authorized to work in the United States.
• Experience with NetSuite preferred

Physical Requirements

• Physically submit to periodic drug, background and clearance screenings (employment is contingent upon favorable results)
• Must be able to lift and carry up to 50 pounds.
