The impact you’ll have at Concora Credit:

The Sr. IT Process Engineer will manage and optimize critical IT operations tools and processes, including our on-call system PagerDuty, documentation repository, and ServiceNow reporting. This role involves ensuring the reliability, efficiency, and documentation of IT systems, incidents, and processes. You'll play a crucial role in driving efficiency and effectiveness within the organization by optimizing processes, implementing improvements, and ensuring alignment with organizational goals and industry standards.

Responsibilities

As our Sr. IT Process Engineer, you will:

Key Responsibilities:

  • PagerDuty:
    • Manage the configuration, optimization, and overall usage of PagerDuty for incident response and alerting.
    • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to seamlessly integrate PagerDuty into the broader IT operations framework.
    • Analyze incident data to identify trends and opportunities for continuous improvement.
  • Documentation Repository Management:
    • Develop and enhance the documentation repository, ensuring that all relevant information is organized, up-to-date, and easily accessible.
    • Work with the organization to define and Implement documentation standards and best practices.
  • ServiceNow Reporting:
    • Develop and manage reporting solutions within ServiceNow to track and analyze IT service management metrics.
    • Collaborate with stakeholders to understand reporting requirements and deliver meaningful insights.
    • Define and track key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure and report on process effectiveness.
  • ServiceNow Quality Assurance:
    • Perform testing for changes and upgrades within the ServiceNow platform.
  • Collaboration:
    • Work closely with IT teams, including support, development, and infrastructure, to ensure seamless integration of tools and effective incident response.
  • Continuous Improvement:
    • Identify areas for improvement in PagerDuty, documentation processes, and ServiceNow reporting and implement enhancements.
    • Stay updated on industry best practices and emerging technologies.
  • Training and Development:
    • Provide training to teams on new processes and updates.
    • Develop training materials and documentation to support enhancements to our processes or tools.
  • Azure DevOps Workflow Design/Implementation
    • Design and implement effective Azure DevOps workflows to support the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC).
    • Stay informed about updates and enhancements in Azure DevOps tools, providing recommendations for process improvements.
    • While not mandatory, experience with Azure DevOps Workflow Design/Implementation is advantageous and would set you apart from other candidates.

Qualifications

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in a related field of study.
  • 6-7 years of experience or equivalent.
  • Knowledge of ITIL Best Practices.
  • Exhibit proficiency in implementing and managing a diverse range of tools, showcasing adaptability by efficiently learning and mastering new tools as needed for effective management.
  • Demonstrated expertise in the implementation and administration of documentation repositories and proficiency in ServiceNow reporting.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
  • Familiarity with ITIL and IT service management principles.
