Concord Hospitality is currently seeking an experienced hotel leader to manage our Hilton Garden Inn Roslyn, located in Port Washington, NY.
The Ideal Candidate:

- Proven track record in driving GSS, excellent customer service delivery.
- Effective in hiring, mentoring and leading a team toward outstanding results.
- Able to deliver outstanding financial results.
- Experience as a select service General Manager
- Hilton experience desirable.
As the General Manager you will support our company mission statement, and you will be an ambassador to our five cornerstones. You will be instrumental in coaching and developing a high achieving team. Leading by example, your employees will be focused on providing excellent guest satisfaction. You will also be responsible to liaise with brand representatives, our owners and with Concord, and to orchestrate brand training with your staff.
Our GM's administer, direct and control all the operations of the hotel. You will be accountable for attaining budgeted revenues and profit margins, providing attention to detail in standards, and meeting operational deadlines that are in accordance with established objectives, policies, and procedures.
Concord GM's are active leaders with the company and the community and serve as role models through involvement in city organizations and networking.
Concord provides unmatched property support including our own IT Services, Revenue Management, Digital, Marketing, Accounting and HR Support and guidance.
Being a Concord GM:
As a General Manager you will be instrumental in hiring, motivating and rewarding a winning management team, and for supporting our company's mission statement and embracing our cornerstones. You will be the liaison with the hotel brand, our owners, and will be responsible for facilitating a successful business operation by providing brand training, meeting operational deadlines, following budget guidelines and networking with city officials as the "face" of this property.
