Experienced Contents Cleaning Specialist

If you do not have experience, we will train you - your starting pay will be $16 / hour.

Compensation : $16 - $18 hourly

Responsibilities :
- Inventory personal property
- Packing, loading & transport
- Disassemble and reassemble furniture
- Dry and wet cleaning, depending on the surface
- Deodorization (ozone, foggers, etc.)
- Identify salvageable versus non-salvageable contents
- Use established software to photograph and document all items
- Provide excellent customer service
- Work under time constraints to meet specific timelines
- Ensure attention to detail
- Safeguarding customer's property and information
- Practice good housekeeping at all times to ensure a safe and non-cluttered worksite
- Support the Project Manager and lead the team in producing a high-quality, high-efficiency work product
- Work in accordance with all safety guidelines on the job site and immediately report any incidents or violations of work rules to the Project Manager
- Complete final preparations and walk-throughs with the Project Manager and the client
Qualifications :
- Display a strong work ethic, professionalism and teamwork, and a history of regular attendance at work and adherence to project schedules
- Must live within 50 miles of Auburn Hills, Michigan to be considered for this position
- Valid driver's license and a clean driving record
- Have good physical stamina to climb ladders, and stairs, and work in varying temperatures
- Strong work ethic
- Friendly personality and the ability to work as a team
- IICRC FRST and / or CPS certification is preferred
- Ability to work longer hours if needed
- Attention to detail is a Must
- Previous personal property handling is preferred
- Able to disassembly and reassembly furniture using hand and power tools
- Able to stand for long periods of time
