We focus on collaboration and development for everyone50% off Tacos with free meals during trainingMedical/Dental/Vision Insurance (Full Time Employees)Access to Employee Assistance Programs Responsibilities:Quickly and efficiently make drinks our guests will enjoyBuild regulars every day!It’s your bar, stock it and make sure it looks nice all the timeCleaning the workstation and bar area.Make suggestions based on customer tastes and preferencesQualifications:At least 1-2 years of high-volume or hospitality driven bar experience (preferred)Understanding of local and national craft drafts and spirits (Mezcal and Tequila a plus!)Ability bus/pre-bus with or without support staffMust have reliable transportation to and from workAbility to work fast and multi-taskAbility to be flexible with scheduleBe willing to work nights & weekendsPassion for tacos, tequila, and beerPhysical Requirements: While performing the duties of this position, the team member is required to stand or walk for hours at a time up to 4-8 hours.  Team members will continuously be performing hand and wrist work including grasping, and bending and twisting and fine hand manipulation. Team members are frequently required to stoop, bend, shake, stir, pour, and reach with hands and arms. Team members will occasionally push and pull and reach above the shoulder.  Team members will occasionally kneel or squat.  This position will seldom require climbing and stairs. Team members will continuously lift or carry 0-25 pounds, occasionally lift or carry 26-50 pounds and rarely lift or carry over 50 pounds.

Salary : $25 - $30
