We are hiring a Team Leader who is experienced in customer service and is excited to assist the Store Manager in leading a team. The right candidate will have a strong knowledge of customer service and be interested in developing leadership skills. There is opportunity to advance to Store Manager roles.
Responsibilities:
- Operate the register/credit card machines and interact with customers to provide a high level of customer service on each interaction.
- Assist team members with work-related problems.
- Coordinate with other teams to ensure smooth operations.
- Assist Store Manager with vendor relationships, inventory control, banking, bookkeeping, store opening and closing, and other managerial duties as needed.
- Verify age of customers for the legal sale of age restricted products such as alcohol and tobacco.
- Must be willing to work some weekends and holidays.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: Up to $17.00 per hour
