About the Quality Assurance role

As a member of the Quality Assurance team, you will check balancing, daily QC of production associates, daily QC checks includes random sampling of production work in various work areas, with destructive testing (open one sealed envelope at a time, check package contents, re-insert and re-seal envelope and return to designated trays prior to checking the next envelope for testing) from each work area.

Requirements

Some knowledge of Quality Assurance experience is a plus. We’re looking for people with a passion for customer service, natural empathy and the determination to deliver a comprehensive solution.

To be successful in this role, you will have :

• Knowledge in a Print and Mail production environment
• Experience in Print Operations Quality Compliance
• Excellent oral and written communication skills
• Excellent attention to detail
• Must be able to multi-task while maintaining accuracy
• Understand production Standard Operating Procedures
• Experience using Microsoft Office products, including excel
• Above average math skills

In addition to base pay, this position, based on business need, may be eligible for a bonus or incentive.
