• Document business processes through insights obtained from process walkthroughs and subject matter experts.

• Develop process flowcharts and process maps.

• Create reports, dashboards, MIS (management information systems) on existing projects.

• Requires little to no experience in discipline.

• Conducts routine tasks as directed.

• Closely supervised with little latitude for independent judgment.
