About the Role
As a Training Specialist, you will provide training and coaching to call center agents in the healthcare industry. You will ensure agents have the knowledge and skills to handle customer inquiries and complaints in a professional, effective manner.
Responsibilities
- Delivering training to call center agents and professionals on healthcare/pharma industry regulations, policies, procedures, and best practices. Conducting "train the trainers" sessions and guiding other trainers and assigning tasks.
- Delivering training on the features and operation of products and technology, client tools, processes, including basic soft skills.
- Developing/updating training materials like user manuals, videos, and presentations based on client/internal needs in a clear sequence for delivery.
- Evaluating the performance of call center agents and providing coaching and guidance to improve their skills, knowledge, and performance.
- Evaluating training participants on class engagement, proficiency, and readiness for production.
- Collaborating with other departments, such as operations, compliance, and quality assurance. Ensuring training aligns with industry regulations and company standards.
- Attending training and workshops to stay current on industry best practices and trends.
- Analyzing, producing, and distributing training reports and progress to leadership and frontline staff.
- Performing other duties as assigned and complying with all policies and standards.
Requirements
- Have significant experience as an L&D training professional for call centers.
- Have experience working in the healthcare/pharma industry.
- Have expertise in effective adult learning and development methods.
- Have excellent communication and presentation skills, especially in use with MS Office suite.
- Have ability to problem solve and provide the best outcome for clients and end users.
- Possess good organizational and time management skills.
- Have ability to be flexible with training different shifts and time zones.
- Have ability to travel occasionally

Pay Transparency Laws in some locations require disclosure of compensation-related information. For this position, actual salaries will vary and may be above or below the range based on various factors including but not limited to location, experience, and performance. In addition to base pay, this position, based on business need, may be eligible for a bonus or incentive. In addition, Conduent provides a variety of benefits to employees including health insurance coverage, voluntary dental and vision programs, life and disability insurance, a retirement savings plan, paid holidays, and paid time off (PTO) or vacation or sick time. The estimated pay range for this role is $20 - $28.85 per hour.
