We are currently seeking a skilled Control Room Operator to join our team. The Control Room Operator will be responsible for monitoring and controlling various systems and processes to ensure the safe and efficient operation of our facilities. Key responsibilities include:
Monitoring control panels and computer screens to observe and manage the operation of equipment and processes.
Responding to alarms and taking appropriate action to resolve issues and prevent disruptions to operations.
Operating control systems to regulate process variables such as temperature, pressure, and flow.
Communicating with other operators, technicians, and supervisors to coordinate activities and troubleshoot problems.
Recording and maintaining accurate logs and records of operational data and events.
Following standard operating procedures and safety protocols to ensure compliance with regulations and company policies.
Performing routine maintenance tasks and assisting with equipment inspections and repairs as needed.
Skills Required:
Proven experience as a Control Room Operator or similar role in an industrial or manufacturing environment.
Strong understanding of process control systems and equipment.
Familiarity with SCADA (Supervisory Control and Data Acquisition) systems preferred.
Excellent attention to detail and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
Good communication skills and ability to work effectively as part of a team.
Strong problem-solving skills and ability to make quick, well-informed decisions.
Ability to work rotating shifts, including nights, weekends, and holidays, as required.
Commitment to safety and adherence to safety protocols always.
Requirements:
· Must have a valid Driver’s License and your own transportation.
· Must be able to pass a hair follicle drug test, which includes all forms of THC.
· Must be able to pass a background check and obtain a TWIC.

Pay: $21.00 per hour
Expected hours: 46 – 57.5 per week
