We are looking for an experienced CNC Machine Operator who possesses a strong understanding of mechanical drawings and has hands-on experience with micrometers and calipers.
Responsibilities :
- Set up and operate CNC machines to produce precision components according to provided mechanical drawings.
- Interpret and understand mechanical drawings, blueprints, and specifications.
- Perform routine machine maintenance and troubleshoot issues as they arise.
- Use micrometers, calipers, and other precision measuring instruments to verify part dimensions and maintain quality standards.
- Monitor machine operations, making adjustments as necessary to ensure the quality of the finished product.
- Collaborate with team members and follow production schedules to meet deadlines.
- Adhere to safety protocols and maintain a clean and organized work environment.
Qualifications :
- Proven experience as a CNC Machine Operator.
- Strong understanding of mechanical drawings and the ability to interpret blueprints.
- Proficient in the use of micrometers, calipers, and other precision measuring instruments.
- Knowledge of CNC programming is a plus.
- Ability to perform routine machine maintenance and troubleshoot issues.
- Excellent attention to detail and quality standards.
