We are looking for a Material Handler for a leading manufacturer in the west valley. As a Material Handler, you will contribute to the organization of the storage areas, supply the production floor, and help to maintain optimum levels of inventory.
THE SCHEDULE IS 4/10, MONDAY - THURSDAY- 6 AM to 4:30 PM.
Responsibilities:
- Move material to storage and production locations.
- Building, picking, and packing pallets.
- Perform quality checks on inbound goods.
- Manage Inventory. Load and unload inbound shipments.
- Pack goods in the warehouse by hand when the situation demands.
- Identify and report damage or safety concerns to managers and supervisors.
- Move products from the warehouse to the production floor by using the forklift, the pallet jack, or by hand.
- Weigh goods and record the weight in a log sheet.
Requirements:
- Minimum of 3 years of Manufacturing/Logistics experience.
- Minimum of 3 years of Material handling experience.
- Experience with any ERP system or Warehouse Management System is Preferred.
- Forklift experience is a MUST.
