Quality Inspector - Day Shift
Job Posting for Quality Inspector - Day Shift at Coneybeare LLC
We are looking for a Quality Inspector for a busy precision manufacturing company with numerous opportunities for growth. You will inspect finished products, products being processed, incoming materials, parts, and assemblies, etc., for conformance to company standards.
- Monday to Thursday 5 AM to 3:30 PM
Responsibilities:
- Checks randomly selected samples to verify accuracy of equipment or process. Reports conditions requiring immediate repair.
- Uses advanced inspection methods to develop and conduct quality programs. Keeps records and makes reports indicating results of inspections.
- Uses experience and judgment for planning and accomplishing goals.
- May obtain samples to conduct studies in laboratory analysis and determine measures to be taken to remedy deviations from standards.
- Other duties as instructed.
Qualifications:
- 3 year of Quality inspection in a manufacturing environment (metallurgy preferred)
- 2 years of Manufacturing experience
- Must have experience using calipers, micrometers, and gauges.
- Experience with Keyence instruments is a PLUS
- Experience with MS Office or MAC OS. Email, databases, etc.
- High school diploma, GED or equivalent relevant experience
- Must be able to read, write and understand fundamental English
