We are seeking a skilled Saw Operator to join our team. As a Saw Operator, you will be responsible for operating and maintaining saw machines to cut various materials according to specifications. This is a crucial role in our manufacturing process, ensuring accurate and precise cuts for our products.
*Experience operating a cold saw is preferred!

Duties:
- Set up and operate saw machines to cut various metal materials
- Read and interpret blueprints, drawings, or job orders to determine specifications
- Measure and mark materials for cutting using precision measuring instruments
- Adjust machine settings to control speed, feed, and depth of cut
- Monitor machine operation and make adjustments as necessary for quality control
- Inspect finished pieces for accuracy and quality
- Maintain a clean and organized work area
- Follow all safety guidelines and protocols
Requirements:
- Previous experience as a Saw Operator or in a similar role preferred
- Strong knowledge of basic math and ability to read measurements accurately
- Familiarity with precision measuring instruments such as calipers and micrometers
- Ability to interpret blueprints, drawings, or job orders
- Experience operating other machining equipment such as press brake machines, milling machines, or lathes is a plus
Understanding of GD&T (Geometric Dimensioning and Tolerancing) is a plus
Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain accuracy in cutting materials
