**Our client, a well-known and reputable Property Management company is seeking a Bilingual Property Manager to join our dynamic team!**

*experience a must in HUD, Section 8, LIHTC, and the disabled and elderly population.

Duties:
- Manage all aspects of property operations, including leasing, rent collection, maintenance, tenant relations. Mentor and supervise a small staff.
- Advertise and market available properties to attract potential tenants
- Conduct thorough tenant screenings and background checks
- Prepare and execute lease agreements and other necessary documents
- Collect and track rental payments

-Review all monthly accounting and budget reports
- Coordinate property maintenance and repairs

Job Type: Full-time
