What are the responsibilities and job description for the Innkeeper position at Confidental Company?
This position requires great people skills, being detail oriented is critical and there are some light physical demands. Upbeat personality in greeting guests, assisting with reservations over the phone and using an online reservation system, responding to email and voicemail in a timely manner, managing housekeeping, and ensuring that the property is clean and well maintained.
Offering guests accurate information about restaurants, area attractions, hikes, and a variety of tours is important so having an extensive knowledge of Sedona, the Verde Valley and beyond is an important part of the job. This is not solely a desk job but an all-round position, requires a pro-active, positive attitude to get tasks done and a do whatever needs to be done attitude. Assisting with breakfast service and/or overseeing breakfast clean up, helping housekeeping with their tasks when needed, is part of the daily responsibilities. You must be professional, reliable, trustworthy and work with little supervision. Must have or be willing to obtain an Az food handlers card upon hiring.
Must currently live in the Verde Valley to be considered.

Pay: $18.00 per hour
Expected hours: 20 per week
