Seeking Dental Assistant or EFDA in New Holland, PA - $20-30 per hour GREAT benefits!

Our office is seeking a Dental Assistant Expanded Functions or Dental Assistant to join our team. Excellent opportunity for self-motivated and enthusiastic individuals in our growing, patient centered practice.

New team member must have x-ray certification.

We ideally are looking for an EDFA but are open to Dental Assistant's with experience or are willing to learn.

  • Monday, Tuesday 9AM - 6PM
  • Wednesday 8AM - 5PM
  • Thursday 8AM - 2PM

Compensation :

  • $20-30 per hour (DOE)

Summary of Job Functions :

  • Welcome patients in the dental office
  • Prepare patients for treatments or checkups ensuring their comfort
  • Select and set up instruments, equipment and material needed
  • Use digital scanner to make 3D impressions
  • Sterilize instruments according to regulations
  • Assist the dentist through 4-handed dentistry
  • Other procedures authorized by regulations adopted by the board.
  • All procedures required to be performed under direct supervision shall be checked and approved by the supervising licensed dentist prior to the patient's dismissal from the office.
