Our Rockford, IL practice located at 6053 Fincham Dr is looking for an Associate General Dentist to join our Freedom Dental Partners team!
This office is currently a solo provider office and the office is earning upwards of 950,000 in yearly collections. We are looking for a strong Associate Dentist to come in and help expand services for the developed patient base. If you are interested in an established practice with a solid patient base and the ability to be mentored and grow then apply today!

WHAT YOU WILL BRING:
- DDS/DMD degree
- Active and unrestricted license in state of Illinois
- Desire to want to continue growing and learning along with mastering clinical skills and treatment planning to supersede your patients’ needs.
WHAT YOU WILL RECEIVE:
- Guaranteed Base Salary or 30% of Collections, whichever is greater.
- Our new Associates have potential to share in a 10% equity stake.
- Student Loan Repayment Assistance - $30,000.00.
- We offer clinical and business support mentorship from our Mastermind Members to our new Associates.
- New Associates will receive Platinum level Office Management Services
