We are seeking a dedicated and organized Dental Treatment Coordinator to join our dynamic dental team. As a key member of our practice, you will be responsible for guiding patients through their treatment plans, providing detailed explanations of procedures, managing financial arrangements, and ensuring a smooth experience from start to finish.

Key Responsibilities :
- Review and discuss treatment plans with patients, ensuring they understand procedures, timelines, and financial obligations.
- Coordinate patient appointments, ensuring that treatment schedules align with patient availability and practice resources.
- Present financial arrangements, explain payment options, and assist patients in understanding their dental insurance benefits.
- Collaborate with the clinical team to ensure smooth transitions from diagnosis to treatment.
- Follow up with patients on pending treatments, ensuring they remain informed and motivated to continue care.
- Maintain accurate patient records in the practice management software and update them as necessary.
- Answer patient questions, resolve concerns, and provide exceptional customer service.
- Work with the front office team to coordinate billing and insurance claims, ensuring all necessary paperwork is completed.
- Manage patient accounts and follow up on outstanding balances or payment issues.
- Ensure patient satisfaction and retention through personalized, compassionate care.
Qualifications :
- Education : High School Diploma or equivalent required. Post-secondary education or certification in a related field is a plus.
- Experience : Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in a dental or medical office setting, preferably in treatment coordination or patient management.
- Strong knowledge of dental procedures, insurance, and billing.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to explain complex treatment plans in an understandable manner.
- Proficient in dental practice management software (e.g., Dentrix, Eaglesoft) and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Detail-oriented, organized, and able to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
