Our dental practice, located in the Carmel Valley neighborhood of San Diego County, is seeking an Registered Dental Assistant (RDA) to join our team. Ability to work at the front desk or be trained on front desk tasks a significant plus.
Pay Package includes $27 - $29 per hour (based on experience) plus Medical, Dental, 401K Retirement, Paid Time Off, Paid Vacation, Holidays and Performance Bonuses.
This is a Full Time or Part Time Position. Monday - Thursday from 8a-5p is the full time schedule.
For this position we prefer 2 year experience with crown prep and the ability to take clean digital xrays. RDA License and CPR card are required.
Duties include:
- Assist the doctor in all 4-handed dentistry procedures.
- Perform all RDA functions.
- Prepare patients for treatments or checkups ensuring their comfort
- Select and set up instruments, equipment and material needed
- Sterilize instruments according to regulations
