Job Posting for Sales Operations Manager at Confidential Marketing Company
The Sales Operations Manager supports the company's sales team by creating, evaluating, and optimizing data and sales and recruiting processes within the CRM. The Sales Operations manager will manage sales and recruiting process within the CRM, oversee sales and recruiting analytics, strategy plan and execute campaigns with marketing and will train the team on the CRM with the goal of driving new agent recruiting and new premium sales.
Essential Roles and Responsibilities:
Data Management:Manage and evaluate data to determine the effectiveness of a product, salesperson or campaign
Application Management:Produce data for the sales team to coach and train
Sales Forcasting: Recognize past trends to allow the sales team to forecast for future sales and recruiting
Training:Traing new and current employees on the CRM sales and recruiting processes
Sales Strategy:Set strategy and future goals for the sales team
Sales Team Organization:Build the team's sales and recruiting processes
What success looks like:
A documented, simple and clearly written sales and recruiting process within the CRM
A sales team trained and using the CRM as prescribed above
A coordinated sales and marketing plan (working with the marketing department) to drive sales and recruiting in order to hit company goals
Created dashboards within the DRM to evaluate the sales team, sales & recruiting campaigns, and forecasting
A process to evaluate and improve the sales and recruiting processes
The Sales Operations Manager will partner with the company's Marketing Campaign Manager to strategize overall campaign management, determine lead scoring, build campaign lead assignment rules, and optimize the MQL to SQL lead process.

Communication:Ability to communicate clearly and often, both in writing and on the phone

Qualifications:
Prior sales operations experience with pipeline management: 5-7 years
Prior Salesforce experience: 3-5 years
A bachelor's degree required, master's degree a plus
