Job Posting for Accounts Payable Specialist at Confidential
Looking for an Accounts Payable Specialist full time. Responsible for complete payment and control of expenses by receiving, processing, verifying, and reconciling invoices. Pay vendors by monitoring discount opportunities, scheduling and preparing checks, and resolving purchase orders, contract, invoice, or payment discrepancies and documentations. Will verify vendor accounts by reconciling monthly statements and related transactions. Provide receptionist support and protect organization's value by keeping information confidential.
Must be reliable and extremely trustworthy. Excellent organization skills and attention to detail. Computer efficiency and general math skills necessary. High school diploma, GED, or equivalent, and 2 years of accounts payable experience necessary.
Work week will consist of Monday - Friday, 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. with one hour unpaid lunch.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $21.00 - $24.00 per hour
Expected hours: 8 per week
