Office administration position at growing General Contractor office:
Responsibilities May Include:
· Direct phone calls / Emails / Incoming and outgoing office traffic
· Assist Controller with entering AP invoices, expense reports, purchase order statements
· Assist with record keeping of subcontracts, purchase orders, lien waivers, warranties
· Prepare project documents for closeout manuals
· Distribute incoming invoices, office correspondence
Physical Demands:
· Ability to move larger file boxes, blueprints occasionally
· Reliable transportation
Working Conditions:
· 100% office environment
Requirements:
>Must be self-motivated, detail orientated, and able to adhere to strict deadlines.
· Three years related experience preferred.
· Strong verbal and written communication skills.
· Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite. (Word & Excel)
· Ability to work independently or within a group.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $25,000.00 - $40,000.00 per year
