What you Bring to the Restaurant:

  • Leadership and the ability to inspire a team of dedicated professionals to deliver exceptional service.
  • Ensure guest satisfaction by maintaining high standards of service, addressing feedback, and resolving issues promptly.
  • Maintain positive working relationships with kitchen leaders and line staff throughout service periods, ensuring effective and timely communication.
  • Work closely with the culinary team to develop and update menus, ensuring a perfect blend of creativity and customer preferences.
  • Train and develop staff to uphold the restaurant's standards in service, presentation, and product knowledge.
  • Oversee day-to-day operations, including inventory control, scheduling, financial management & menu updates.
  • Continuously provide support to all service staff and actively participate in the cycle of service as needed.
  • Maintain and enforce quality control standards for food and beverage preparation, presentation, service and safety.
  • Coordinate and manage special events, private parties, and functions held at the restaurant
  • Remain current and compliant with the correct HR practices and policies, holding employees accountable to all standards and practices, evaluating and/or following disciplinary procedure when necessary.

Requirements:

  • Proven track record as a Restaurant Manager in a fine dining establishment. 2 years
  • Strong leadership and team management skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
  • Extensive knowledge of food and beverage
  • Extensive Knowledge & passion for Wine is a PLUS.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment.
  • Exceptional organizational and multitasking skills.
  • Excellent verbal & written communication
  • Understanding of Microsoft Office applications (Excel, Word, Outlook etc.)
  • Certification in hospitality or a related field is a plus.
  • English fluency and Spanish preferred
