Essential Responsibilities:
- Meet and Greet Customers
- Get customer information
- Demonstrate vehicle options to customers
- Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction.
- Complete necessary vehicle sale paperwork with accuracy to be turned over to Finance Manager
- Go over vehicle with Customer at time of vehicle delivery
- Develop and relay a high level of product knowledge and vehicle features
- Maintain an owner follow-up system that encourages repeat and referral business and contributes to customer satisfaction, loyalty and long term clientele
- Develop a prospecting system, making calls and sending emails to potential customers to set appointments.
- Other duties as assigned by management.
Job Requirements:
- A valid and active driver’s license;
- Professional appearance and strong written and verbal communication skills;
- Ability to work well both individually and in a team environment;
- Flexible work schedule;
- Must pass a pre-employment drug test and background check.
