Bilingual Executive Assistant
Castelblanco Law Group, APLC is looking for an Executive Assistant who will work closely with the owner of the firm to perform a variety of administrative tasks including managing special projects, maintaining daily calendar and emails and running errands as needed. The Executive Assistant contributes to the efficiency and success of our firm by providing personalized and timely support to the owner, and assisting where needed.
To be chosen for this position, a candidate must have a high level of attention to detail and exceptional organization and teamwork skills. The ideal candidate must possess a high degree of discretion, as the position requires working with sensitive information. Bilingual in English and Spanish is essential, as our firm represents primarily Spanish-speaking clients. An awareness of Los Angeles housing issues and interest in issues affecting the Latino community is a plus.
Main Job Duties and Responsibilities:
- Providing general administrative support
- Keeping an accurate calendar
- Opening, sorting and distributing incoming emails, faxes and other correspondence
- Preparing for meetings
- Running errands
- Assisting in other areas as needed
Skills and Competencies:
- A high level of attention to detail
- Outstanding organizational and time management skills
- Ability to work effectively within a team and independently
- Ability to organize a daily workload by priorities
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Bi-lingual in English and Spanish
- Discretion and confidentiality

Education and Experience:
- High School degree or equivalent
- Related work experience
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $20.00 - $27.00 per hour
