Local Real Estate, Property Management and Construction Company is seeking a highly motivated, detail oriented and experienced Bookkeeper/Accounts Payable and Accounting. The successful candidates will maintain the books for multiple entities. Will be responsible for reconciling A/R accounts, preparing and analyzing financial statements, billing, bank reconciliation, journal entry, balance sheets, analysis, reconciling bi-weekly payroll, expense accounts, special projects and other projects as they arise. Must have excellent analytical and organizational skills.

Experience in Sage and Entrata a plus. A competitive salary and full benefits package are included.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $35,000.00 - $45,000.00 per year
